Vermeer R250C Reclaimer

Focus on drilling, not disposal. The R250C reclaimer is a modular mud recycling system that can pair with a variety of directional drills. Its modular design aligns with ISO shipping standards or can be trailer-mounted. With the Vermeer R250C reclaimer, there is less need to transport truckload after truckload of water, less time spent coordinating disposal and delivery and fewer trips to disposal sites. This can help make your operation more efficient by reducing the amount of drilling fluid additives and fresh water required to complete an installation.
  • The 360-degree working deck allows the operator to walk around all sides of the shaker. This allows for easier access for washing and screen changing. This also provides enhanced access to the hopper and control panel. The deck features small perforated plating, which helps eliminate the risk of foreign debris dropping into the tanks.
  • This monitors input power to ensure proper electrical connection from the genset and individual phase voltages to ensure the electrical motors are not damaged from improper voltage characteristics
  • This decreases potential of overflowing the system and enhances the operator’s ability to focus on other tasks.
  • This provides protection for the operator against weather conditions.
  • This allows the charge pump to run continuously to prevent cavitation on mud pump startup.
  • This removes the smaller particles from the drilling fluid that were not removed during the scalping process.
