After Hours Call-Out

Parts Department call-out rates.
Vermeer can facilitate an open shop arrangement to supply parts/materials out of standard business hours. Depending on the item required an after-hours order may not be practical to ensure the safety of Vermeer personnel working unaccompanied at facilities.
After hours support is available with the below standard service call-out conditions:

After-hours support is available for non-callout or open shop needs.
Vermeer Equipment of WA & NT’s standard employee hours are Monday to Friday, 7am to 4pm. We value employees’ right to disconnect laws, so we’ve implemented a rostering system to ensure our customers receive support outside standard hours.
An out-of-hours support request may include a service and support fee, depending on its complexity. Support staff will discuss details once contact is made. Please complete the form below to request support.
